When I think about the past, present and future of the aerospace industry, I keep coming back to innovation as the common thread.
And while we all know about the great innovations of the past, the crucial question to answer for tomorrow is: How do we inspire continued innovation into the future?
Where will be Africa tomorrow?
The man who created environment for everybody to feel empowered to reach their full potential has gone.
Nelson Mandela created an environment where everyone was encouraged to bring good ideas forward.
He created a climate where people unite, the world got a glimpse of what Tata have been working on.  For people’s universal unity of human kind.
He embarked on missions that matter with a vision that inspires the global community
Mandela’s innovation thrives best in an environment built on values.
He commits to ethics and integrity encourages collaboration and strong unity. He embraced diversity cultivates an open dialogue and better ideas from across the world. Creating an environment of respect lets everyone know their voice heard and appreciated.
The assignment meant,  left for every leader to put on his shoes he left behind.
The legacy is for ever.
