INVITATION TO THE
INAUGURATION CEREMONY OF INKHOSI Thulani David Nkosi
MEC for COGTA, Hon Refilwe
Mtshweni will preside over the inauguration of Inkhosi TD Nkosi of Bhevula
Somcuba Traditional Council. The inauguration accentuates the recognition of
Inkhosi Nkosi as one the 60 recognized traditional leaders in Mpumalanga Province
During the ceremony MEC
Mtshweni will hand over a certificate of recognition. She will also deliver a
key note address which will focus on government’s effort to provide traditional
leaders to execute their duties diligently and the role of government in
improving the lives of communities in rural areas.
The ceremony will be attended
by amongst others, Chairperson of the House of Traditional Leaders, Kgosi
Mathibela Mokoena and his Executive, The Executive Mayor of Gert Sibande
District Municipality Cllr Nhlabathi
