Provincial Commissioner of Mpumalanga, Lieutenant General Thulani Ntobela
congratulates the Mpumalanga SAPS for occupying a considerable position during
the choral music competitions which held recently in the North West Province.

wish to extend my words of gratitude to you for your outstanding performance,
we salute you ladies and gentlemen for a job well done”, said Lieutenant
