NOTORIOUS SUSPECTS ESCAPED PRISON

Hazyview: Police are looking for six fugitives who escaped from lawful custody
at Hazyview Police Station Sunday 06 July 2014, at approximately 14:00.
Two
police officials were serving food to awaiting trial prisoners through the
security grill door. In the process, they were manhandled by the fugitives and
forcefully took the cell keys then opened the cell door.
The thugs handcuffed and tied both police
officials with a rope which was cut from a cell blanket and robbed them of
their personal belongings. They also proceeded to the safe where they
took a firearm and fled.
The escapees are;
Monde Mokoena (36) arrested for series of crimes ranging from attempted
car-jacking, five counts of rape, three counts of house robberies and other
serious offences, Adolf Nkuna (36) for four counts of rape and unlawful
possession of unlicensed firearm, Wonder Sibuyi (23) for two counts of rape,
two house robberies and murder, Bongani Nkosi (22) for rape, Gerald Morodi (25)
for murder, and Peace
Khoza (23) for rape and assault.
The police are
requesting anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of these
escapees to contact Captain Dudu Shabangu at 072 937 3542 or Warrant Officer
Dumisani Mnisi at 082 449 0231.
