ARTS NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION TO EMPOWER
UPCOMING AND ESTABLISHED ARTISTS

Avalanche Media is a nonprofit organization;
it was established to distribute art work to be seen by audiences around the
world.
Avalanche Media has a sister company called
Academy Movies, Academy Movies is a Close Co-operation company that was
established to make theatre and film productions.
These two organizations are sharing a
common goal.
The organization provides Cinematography
training to students for free of charge, Camera work, Editing, Sound, Acting,
Singing.
Uplifts the community through projects
being enrolled in the townships,
“The organization runs annual art
exhibition show whereby all art disciplines are exposed to audiences to better
sustain the art and artists, in order to create jobs and lure tourists in the
country. Artists given platforms to show case their talents during the annual
exhibition,” Said Radebe.
The organization also has schools projects
such as dramatization of school literature, turning poems books from grade
10-12 into films, and theatre plays. These films are now soon to be on
television on the Open View OVHD in Ekurhuleni television channel 451.
She said, “The theatre plays are enrolled
in front of the Learners and Educators in school classroom, at the time of
Literature periods, after the performance we give the analysis on poetry.”
According to Radebe the program had
approved by the Department of Education and Arts and Culture.
“We do what is called Pure Entertainment
Production. This is where we make normal film and theatre productions for
everyone and anyone. We are working on a feature film called Brazen Street
The film is about Power, Territory, Dirty
business, and dangerous events happenings. The Gangers, running and controlling
the street, this street name is called Brazen Street
Brazen Street has four main roles, Jimmy a
gang leader, with his girlfriend lily. Billy, who is Jimmy’s second in command,
Marge who is Billy’s girlfriend.
The film has more strong characters that
brings the cast to a total number of 29 speaking parts.One of our goals with
this film is to create stars, below is the film plan.
The film will have a book called the Brazen
women and other things. The book illustrates the atmosphere of what the film is
about, the purposes of the book is to promote and better sell the film, and
make the main cast to become stars.
The film has a theatre version script, the Brazen Street
The film also will have soundtracks cd, DVD
music concerts will be distributed all around the world.
The film is set to also promote fashion,
through merchandise and costumes worn by cast is set to become a street trend, Brazen street
Brazen Street film production status. The
film has already has a trailer, we now using the trailer to raise funds and get
more support. The film is set to be shot in Boksburg, even though we might
change and use a studio, studio shoot is more controlled in terms of weather,
sound. The production is still in pre-production, finding means of Distribution
marketing and promotion, casting and more.
“We are now supplying the Ekurhuleni television
channel with content, the Schools Project is in production, we are creating 26 episodes
of poem films with the poem analysis. We take poems written by famous Poets,
used in schools and other dramatic poems, and books.”

The cast and crew working on this
production are trained by the officials, and will be the same cast on the film Brazen Street
