DEPUTY MINISTER THABETHE TO ANNOUNCE THE 2014 TWIB AWARDS FINALISTS

The Deputy Minister of Small Business Development, Ms Elizabeth Thabethe, accompanied by the MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism in Mpumalanga, Mr Eric Kholwane, will announce the 2014 finalists of the Technology for Women in Business (TWIB) Awards.

TWIB is a programme of the Department of Small Business Development and plays a crucial role in supporting and promoting women entrepreneurs to utilise technology to advance their businesses. Through this initiative, hundreds of women have benefited as it has enabled them to grow and sustain their businesses while the programme was still under the Department of Trade and Industry (the dti).
