TOURISTS WARN TO USE ALTERNATIVE ENTRANCE TO KRUGER INSTEAD PARABORWA Kruger National Park (KNP) has received a notification that there will be picketing by members of the community in the Phalaborwa area tomorrow (25 March 2015) from 06:00am. According to SANParks spokesperson, Reynold Thakhuli the picketing might result in a complete shutdown of business around the town of Phalaborwa including the Phalaborwa Gate into the Park as per the information received. “As a precautionary measure guests who will be entering the Kruger National Park through Phalaborwa gate are advised to use alternative routes such as Orpen and Punda Maria gates for entering and exiting the park until further notice.
