MEMBERS OF THE 5^TH LEGISLATURE BE BRIEFED ON THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (NDP)

The National Planning Commissioner Mr Jerry Vilakazi from the Presidency Office will engage the Members of the 5^th Mpumalanga Legislature on the National Development Plan (NDP).

The aim is to orientate new members on the NDP putting focus on the pillars and priorities of the NDP, as well as focussing on the legislative sector as an oversight role player.

The National Development Plan aims to eliminate poverty and to reduce inequality by 2030. It also aims to accelerate progress, deepen democracy and build a more inclusive society.
