Mpumalanga Premier’s Inauguration

The inauguration of the Mpumalanga Premier-elect David Mabuza scheduled for this week and will take place at the seat of the provincial government at the precinct of the Riverside Government Complex.
At least more than 5000 people expected to attend the event, the general public be transported from all three regions of the province, and guests will vary from the political parties, business, traditional and religious leaders, ministers, members of parliament and members of the provincial legislature.
The inauguration ceremony will be presided over by Deputy Judge President Aubrey Ledwaba. The procession will begin with the South African Police Service Brass Band marshalling the Premier-elect to a 5000-seater marquee where he will take a salute before he takes his much-awaited oath. After his swearing-in, the SAPS Brass Band will lead with the singing of the National Anthem.
The provincial legislature has been prepared as an overflow venue for the event where more than 300 people would conveniently follow proceedings live on big screens. The media urged to arrive for accreditation and to be ushered to its designated area. Communicate further communiqué on the announcement of the executive council in due course.
