I COULDN'T GET THE SENSE OF THE CONVERSATION

I TRIED VERY WELL TO PAY ATTENTION TO THREE PASSENGERS IN A TAXI FROM GAUTENG TO MPUMALANGA. THE DISCUSSION WAS THAT POLITICIAN IN AFRICA POLITICIZE SOCCER.

ONE PASSENGER SAID, "I WISH IF AFRICAN POLITICIANS LEAVE SOCCER POLITICS TO SOCCER POLITICIANS. POLITICS KILLS SOCCER ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN AFRICAN."

THE SECOND ONE RESPONDED, "THAT'S TRUE, USUALLY THEY HIJACK WRONG PLATFORMS.  WE NEED PEOPLE WITH BASICS OF SOCCER TO LEAD SOCCER FRATERNITY."
THE THIRD GUY SITTING NEXT TO ME SAID, "DON'T BLAME POLITICS. THE POLITICIANS ARE NOT THE PLAYERS, THE PLAYERS ARE THE ONES THAT BETRAY THEIR NATIONS.  THEY DON'T PLAY TO REPRESENTS THEIR COUNTRIES LIKE WHAT THEY WESTERN PLAYERS DO."

I CAME OUT WITHOUT THE REAL ANSWER TO ALL THE QUESTIONS. WHAT DO YOU THINK  IS THE CAUSE OF DECREASING OF SOCCER PERFORMANCES IN THE SOUTHERN AFRICA,
MOST OF OUR GUYS DO WELL OVERSEAS AND WHY NOT FOR THEIR COUNTRIES. GIVE YOUR COMMENTS AND IDEAS REGARDING TO THE DISCUSSIONS LEFT IN SUSPENSE.
