Thank you guys for the question about the meaning of bvunzamutupo. to those who had read an extract of my book published by Botsotso title PAINS OF THE WAR. It is a ritual tree at my home area which saved my life in 1977 after I failed to head the cattle to the restricted camp during the chimurenga struggle in Zimbabwe. The Restricted camped locked at 6pm. that means if the soldiers find you being outside the Camp they shoot. Bvunzamutupo literary means ask the totem when translated from Shona to English.
